• 50% of the total shoot fee if cancelled 7 or less days prior to the shoot time. Due upon cancellation.

• 100% of the total shoot fee is owed if cancelled within 24 hours. Due upon cancellation.

This policy is firm even if you have intentions or rescheduling, and will fees will only be considered waived on a case by case basis (IF you are rescheduling in a timely manner and I have not lost other shoot opportunities due to our scheduled time)

Your deposit is only refundable if myself, Valerie Spektor is to cancel the shoot for any reason.

1) Absolutely no touching me for any reason. If clothing or hair needs adjustment, please ask verbally first—most of the time I will make the adjustment myself.

2) Respectful, professional conduct only. I do not shoot anything explicit or beyond our agreed‑upon concept.

3) Clear communication on set. Please guide poses and angles verbally, and let me know if you need small changes so we stay aligned.

This is very clear and you should be aware at this point in the booking process— I do not shoot nude work!

While I respect the arts, I am not opening this genre at this time.

FOR IMPLIED TOPLESS: I want to acknowledge here, you will see within the reference folder a usage agreement for this work. This is to ensure the images being used online are truly implied topless images of quality.

PREFERRED PAYMENT TYPE:

Cash is my preferred payment method upon shoot completion. Great to avoid third-party processing fees, but I do accept electronic payments if needed.

Zelle is preferred for deposit payments and electronic payments upon shoot completion, as it is the only electronic method that does not incur a processing fee. Please consider the processing fees for the alternative electronic methods upon selection :)
