• 50% of the total shoot fee if cancelled 7 or less days prior to the shoot time. Due upon cancellation.

• 100% of the total shoot fee is owed if cancelled within 24 hours. Due upon cancellation.

This policy is firm even if you have intentions or rescheduling, and will fees will only be considered waived on a case by case basis (IF you are rescheduling in a timely manner and I have not lost other shoot opportunities due to our scheduled time)

Your deposit is only refundable if myself, Valerie Spektor is to cancel the shoot for any reason.

1) Absolutely no touching me for any reason. If clothing or hair needs adjustment, please ask verbally first—most of the time I will make the adjustment myself.

2) Respectful, professional conduct only. I do not shoot anything explicit or beyond our agreed‑upon concept.

3) Clear communication on set. Please guide poses and angles verbally, and let me know if you need small changes so we stay aligned.

This is very clear and should be understood at this point in the booking process: I do not shoot nude work as a standard/open booking genre.

Implied Topless / True Implied Nude

I do enjoy implied topless and true implied nude work when it is created with care, quality, and a clear artistic direction.

By booking this genre with me, you are agreeing to the following posting guidelines:
•⁠ Images must remain truly implied and within the artistic direction agreed upon for the shoot.
•⁠ ⁠I am comfortable with true implied being posted (where no censorship is needed), as long as the image remains tasteful, high-quality, and aligned with the agreed concept.
•⁠ ⁠Images should be credited properly when shared publicly.
•⁠ ⁠My fine art Instagram is @stellarinspektor, which I am currently excited to be growing.
•⁠ ⁠I reserve the right to ask that an image not be posted publicly if it does not reflect the agreed artistic direction or comfort level of the shoot.

For the Select Artists I Shoot Art Nude With

I am only open to considering fine art nude work with select photographers whose portfolio is truly centered around fine art and whose work feels aligned with my artistic direction.

For those rare bookings, my boundaries around usage are very intentional:
•⁠ ⁠Fine art nude work is not an open booking category.
•⁠ ⁠I only consider this work when there is clear artistic alignment and trust.
•⁠ ⁠I am not open to public posting of fully nude/fine art nude images unless the content is shared behind a paywall or in another private/controlled setting we have agreed to in advance.
•⁠ ⁠Again, ⁠I am comfortable with true implied being posted (where no censorship is needed), as long as the image remains tasteful, high-quality, and aligned with the agreed concept.
•⁠ ⁠Any booking in this genre means you agree to respect these posting and usage guidelines.

Deposit Amount:

A $100 deposit is required in total for all shoots. This deposit is 100% refundable if I cancel for any reason, and it will be returned immediately in those instances.

The deposit is also 100% refundable if you cancel outside of the seven-day window stated above in my cancellation policy.


PREFERRED PAYMENT TYPE:

Cash is my preferred payment method upon shoot completion. Great to avoid third-party processing fees, but I do accept electronic payments if needed.

Zelle is preferred for deposit payments and electronic payments upon shoot completion, as it is the only electronic method that does not incur a processing fee. Please consider the processing fees for the alternative electronic methods upon selection :)
